Meet The Team
Founder & CEO
Fenorris Pearson, Sr.
I am the CEO and Founder of Pursuit of Hope.
After spending over 25 years as a senior Executive in corporate America, I knew that I wanted to contribute to some of the major issues our communities are faced with each year.
Some of my hobbies include golfing, reffing basketballs games and, spending quality time with my family while creating memories together.
I serve as the Clinical Supervisor for Pursuit of Hope, and lead a team of experienced Clinicians with multi expertise in the opiate space, family therapy and case management.
I have been a substance abuse discipline for over 6 years, and currently working on my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health. This aligns with the Pursuit of Hope vision to help our clients obtain world class clinical diagnoses and consistent treatment.
I enjoy spending quality time with my son who is an athlete in basketball, football, baseball, and soccer.
Before finding a home at Pursuit of Hope as the LVN facility nurse, I worked several years in the OR assisting Plastic Surgeons.
I graduated at the top of my nursing class with many scholarships' that helped further my education. Nursing is my passion, and helping people overcome addiction is such an important part of my calling.
I am a mother to a fourteen-year-old, who has the same loving compassionate spirit as I do. We have a French Bulldog Gizmo and love spending our weekends outdoors and racing with friends and family at the racetrack.
Jeanie graduated vocational nursing from San Jacinto college South. After 17 years as a nurse that specialized in Otorhinolaryngology and Asthma, she decided to further her education and earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University.
A few months later, she was happy to find a new work home at Pursuit of Hope!
Jeanie Has lived in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Alaska. She will be married
for 20 years this year and have two grown children and six grandchildren. Hobbies include exercise and visiting states never seen. The highlight of her week is having dinner on Sunday with her children and grandchildren.
